About NEWHR

- Market research since 2018. Closed studies, salary analytics and in-depth interviews with candidates.
- Remote-first. We have no office. Clients and candidates are across Russia and the CIS, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Cyprus, Serbia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, the UAE and the US. Interviews in English and Russian.
What we believe
- A hire should solve a current business problem. We start with the problem and only then start the search.
- Evidence over titles: what someone built, what they ran and what real results they achieved matters more than what their job was called.
- We'll tell you right away if the profile you expect doesn't exist on the market, or if your problem can be solved another way, not only by hiring.
- Fewer, stronger candidates. We only present people who are relevant and motivated.
- We get to know candidates early to understand their career goals and what could make them move.
- We love AI, but we talk to candidates only in person.

We have no office: the team works remotely from several countries, and our clients and candidates are across Russia and the CIS, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Cyprus, Serbia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, the UAE and the US. The company is registered as NEWHR LLC.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Russian: we talk to clients and interview candidates in both.
Who will run our search?
Your search is run by the team that specialises in your role: tech recruitment, data and AI, or leadership hiring. The head of that team joins the brief and agrees the candidate profile with you.
