How we work
- Hiring diagnostic, free of charge. In a one-hour call we discuss what business problem you want the hire to solve and outline the role profile, market map, salary range and search strategy.
- Executive search and headhunting. The fee is a percentage of the candidate's annual compensation.
- Guarantee. If a candidate leaves during the probation period for any reason, we find a replacement at no extra cost.
